The construction industry is experiencing poor productivity, resulting from an inability of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to cooperate efficiently. Research on LOGISTICS in construction lacks a holistic perspective and tends to focus on one activity at a time. This research presents the Builder s SCOR model (BSCOR) to be used for LOGISTICS improvements in construction .
