This quality delivery plan sets out the actions we will take to ensure this happens by 2016. We have much to be proud of. The 1000 Lives initiatives have shown us what is possible when we have a relentless focus on improvement. Healthcare does not stand still. We need to continuously find new and better ways of doing things to enable a better patient experience and improved outcomes.
