AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE SERVICES Project: This AGREEMENT for CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE Services (this AGREEMENT ) is dated as of _____ by and between President and Trustees of Williams College, having an address at Williamstown, MA. ( Owner ), and _____, having an address at _____ (the Contractor ).
