The learning evironment generated by the new technologies are not cicunscribed to the scoolarspace or the formal education , neither to an educatioal form in particular, we are talking aboutthose evironments where the contidions are created for the individual acquisitions of new knowl-edge, abilities, experiences, and elements that generates on the individual an analysis and reflec-tion processes and its appropriation.
