1 Annual Financial Report Instructions 901334 (8/21)GENERAL INFORMATION: Annual Financial Report Kit (Rev. 8/21): All departments and chapters are required to use the revised kit (Rev. 8/21) provided by National Headquarters (National). This kit is available on by navigating to: Membership > Members Only > Login with membership number > Quick Links > Elected Officer Resources > Annual Financial Report Year: July 1 June 30 for all departments and chapters as provided in the National Date: By September 30. Any department or chapter that has not submitted an Annual Financial Report by September 30 will be considered in a delinquent status, which may subject the department/chapter to suspension or revocation of its Filing Requirements:DepartmentsAll departments are required to file with National regardless of the amount of gross income.
