The Office's review of the APPLICATION does not begin until the entire package, including the letter requesting ELIGIBILITY , is received from the Florida SURPLUS Lines Service Office and determined to be complete. This package is designed to assist individuals in preparing the APPLICATION with all the information required by statute and to facilitate expeditious processing of the APPLICATION by this Office.
