Army Regulation 1 201 AdministrationArmyInspectionPolicyHeadqu artersDepartment of the ArmyWashington, DC25 February 2015 UNCLASSIFIEDSUMMARY of CHANGEAR 1 201 Army Inspection PolicyThis major revision, dated 25 February 2015--o Requires commanders, State Adjutants general , program managers, anddirectors to--(1) Inform The inspector general by memorandum if selecting theinspector general to serve as the Organizational Inspection Programcoordinator; (2) Designate an office of primary responsibility for ensuringthat corrective actions identified during all inspections are completed andimplemented properly; and (3) Post inspections and audits on trainingcalendars and ensure that inspections are briefed, approved, and scheduledduring training briefings (paras 1-4d(3), 1-4d(4), 1-4d(5)).o Requires inspectors general to assist subordinate commanders and their staffsin the development and implementation of the Organizational InspectionProgram (para 1-4d(13)(d)).o Adds requirement for the Inspections Division to forward approved inspectionreports to the Department of the Army inspector general Information ResourceManagement Division (para 1-4d(13)(h)).
