ARTICLE 17 & 31 VIOLATIONS issue : Denial of Union Requests This is the type of grievance that must be filed whenever management fails to timely provide / honor the Stewards requests for; 1. Time to investigate a grievance. 2. Time to interview a grievant, witness, supervisor or Postal Inspectors. 3. Time to complete grievance paperwork 4. Scheduling an Informal A meeting. 5. For copy of supervisors notes. 6. Any documentation related to a grievance or potential grievance. 7. For copies of medical records related to grievance or potential grievance. 8. For copies of OIG Investigative Memorandums (IM s) 9. For copies of OWCP forms completed by management.
Employer’s payroll shall be entitled to perform the functions of a stew-ard or chief steward, provided such representatives are certified in writing to the Employer at the area level and providing such represen-tatives act in lieu of stewards designated under the provisions of 2.A or 2.B above. Acting as Steward.
