The Model Agreement provides that a Location Agreement, by contrast, is in effect only during the agreed delivery period at the relevant location. Thus, for example, if a Location Agreement calls for delivery of a certain quantity of jet fuel each week for six months, that Location Agreement will expire at the conclusion of the six-month period.
