Art culo 1. mbito de la Ley La presente Ley establece el marco legal para la constituci n, funcionamiento, supervisi n, inspecci n, control, regulaci n, vigilancia y sanci n de las instituciones que operan en el sector bancario venezolano, sean stas p blicas, privadas o de cualquier otra forma de organizaci n permitida por esta Ley y la Ley Org nica del Sistema Financiero Nacional.
