This Statement is the 2017 BOC Green bond Management Statement. It contains updates from the 2016 BOC Green bond Management Statement. Green bonds issued prior to the publication of this 2017 BOC Green bond Management Statement should refer to BOC Green bond Management Statement in place as at the time of issuance. Purpose This Statement has been prepared to demonstrate how BOC will issue Green bonds in alignment with the Green bond Principles, 20171 (GBP, 2017) to fund new and existing projects and businesses with environmental benefits.
