The Customer has confirmed it will fund Network rail 's costs on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement . It is agreed 1 Definitions and interpretation For the purpose of this Agreement the definitions and interpretation set out in Schedule 1 shall apply. 2 Obligations of the Customer Without prejudice to clause 1, the Customer will: (a) act in good faith towards Network rail in respect of this Agreement ; (b) use reasonable endeavours to avoid unnecessary complaints, disputes and claims against Network rail ; and (c) not interfere with the rights and obligations of Network rail under this Agreement nor in any other way hinder, prevent or delay Network rail from performing its obligations under this Agreement .
