Becoming a Reflective Learner - Thompson Rivers University
Some learning theorists suggest that the concept of reflection-in-action alone misses the “social nature of practical knowledge” (Usher et. al, 1997). They contend that “reflection strategies are maximized when co-learners are encouraged to make [and articulate] connections between theory and practice” (Schell & Black, 1997, p. 23).
