In 2020, BlackRock became aparticipant of the UN Global Compact( UNGC ).
BlackRock engaged Deloitte & Touche LLP ( =Deloitte >) to perform a review engagement on management’s assertion related to specified metrics (included in the Notes section) in this Disclosure as of, and for the year-ended December 31, 2020.
