Faculty/Staff/Students who have received their last dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines over 5 months ago. Please note, Duke will no longer be offering the Moderna Vaccine beginning on January 1st, 2022. Faculty/Staff/Students who have received their initial dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least 2 months ago and are 18 years of age or older. The FDA and CDC also authorized Mix and Match vaccines, meaning faculty/staff may receive any of the three available vaccines for their booster regardless of their initial Vaccination series.
