1 Updated: 2/7/22 Employee & Student Vaccination Clinic Offering COVID Vaccines @ 3rd Floor of blue Devil Tower *Only offering Pfizer appointments at this location but J&J available by request* Location: blue Devil Tower in Wallace Wade Stadium 3rd Floor Address: 110 Frank Bassett Dr, Durham, NC 27708 Booster Vaccines for Duke faculty, staff, and students will be made available by either scheduling an appointment or coming for a walk-in visit for those who fall under the updated CDC guidelines. Faculty/Staff/Students who have received their last dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines over 5 months ago. Please note, Duke will no longer be offering the Moderna Vaccine beginning on January 1st, 2022. Faculty/Staff/Students who have received their initial dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least 2 months ago and are 18 years of age or older. The FDA and CDC also authorized Mix and Match vaccines, meaning faculty/staff may receive any of the three available vaccines for their booster regardless of their initial Vaccination series.

2 Duke medical experts suggest that those who initially received J&J preferentially get a booster shot of either Pfizer or Moderna, which has proven highly effective in preventing infection and severe illness. However, a J&J booster is still an option for these individuals. Appointments will only be made available for the Pfizer vaccine at the blue Devil Tower clinic. Appointment Scheduling Link: Currently, appointments are only available for boosters. If you are looking to receive a 1st dose and/or 2nd dose of a vaccine, then please come for a walk-in visit during our available hours below. Month/Days of the Week Vaccines Available (appointment needed for boosters) February: 8am 3:30pm Mondays: 2/7 and 2/14 Thursdays: 2/10 and 2/17 Tuesday: 2/22 Pfizer (by appointment or walk-in) Johnson & Johnson (please request via email below) March: 8am 3:30pm Tuesdays: 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, and 3/29 Pfizer (by appointment or walk-in) Johnson & Johnson (please request via email below) Please be sure to bring your vaccine card and a valid ID for your appointment.

We will be located on the 3rd floor. Directions can be found below: 1. Turn off Cameron Blvd onto Science Drive and then take an immediate right onto Frank Bassett Drive. 2. Follow Frank Bassett Drive past the blue Devil Tower front entrance and follow the signs to the lower parking lot. Parking is free for those with an appointment for Vaccination . ADA parking is also available. 3. Follow the signs from the lower parking lot up to blue Devil Tower . 4. Follow the signs up the ramp to the main entrance (2nd floor) of blue Devil Tower . 5. After walking into the front entrance, please turn immediately left and use the elevators to level 3.
