For the current version of this document, please refer to Annual Price Changes If you sign up to a new contract for: BT Landline (including call charges , features, add-ons and plans); BT Mobile (including plans, monthly add-ons and call, text and data charges ); BT Broadband; BT TV or BT Sport (including TV and Sport add-ons) The monthly Price will increase every year from March. That increase is based on a percentage comprised of i) the Consumer Price Index (CPI) Rate of inflation which is published in January of each year (ignoring any negative figures) plus ii) Other terms, prices and products might also change at any time while you ve got a contract with us.
The charges detailed in the table above are our normal connection charges and we will usually quote these when you place an order, but your order is always subject to survey. The price may be higher if special plant or works (like ducts or poles or construction work) are required.
