SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. This Agreement is made and entered into by and between NIKE, USA Inc., an Oregon corporation ("NIKE"), and the ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS contracting solely for and on behalf of ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY ("UNIVERSITY") effective as of the 1st day of July, 2008.
