It is the primary means by which CARF provides information and documents needed to perform the job of being a Surveyor . The Surveyor Website includes: Surveyor Policies and Procedures Online expense voucher system The new online system is a centralized place for all of your survey expense vouchers and their statuses. This online system will facilitate time savings, accuracy, and more efficient communications, ultimately allowing for quicker reimbursement. Once logged on to the CARF Surveyor Website , you will be automatically signed in to the system. Instructions for the online system and a video tutorial are available on the Surveyor Website in the Submit Expenses section (Access from the homepage using either the Submit Expenses menu tile on the left of the page, or by choosing Your Info Submit Expenses from the top dropdown menu).
