This Chapter provides additional guidance involving INTERPRETATIONS related to the application, administration and enforcement of Federal prevailing wage requirements. For ease in reference, DBRA shall refer to Davis-Bacon requirements applicable via HUD Related Acts; MWD shall refer to prevailing wage rates determined or adopted by HUD for covered maintenance work.
