NOTIFICATION No. CEI/1/59/CEA/EI In exercise of the powers conferred by section 177 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Central Electricity Authority hereby makes the following regulations for Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply, namely:- Chapter I 1. Short title and (1) These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
