concerning for small bowel obstruction. There is also suggestion of colonic wall thickening likely representing active colitis in a patient with Crohn's disease. Abdominal CT 1. Findings consistent with active Crohn's disease in the terminal ileum with mucosal thickening. No bowel obstruction, abscess or fistula identified. Abdominal U/S 1.
