SUMMARY OF CHANGES: This recurring update notification provides instructions regarding the calendar year (CY) 2022 annual update for the DMEPOS fee schedule. The DMEPOS fee schedule is updated on an annual basis in accordance with the statute and regulations. The update process for the DMEPOS fee schedule is located in , Medicare Claims Processing Manual , chapter 23, section 60.
The DMEPOS fee schedules are updated on a quarterly basis, when necessary, in order to implement fee schedule amounts for new and existing codes, as applicable, and apply changes in payment policies.
