Definitions and terms: COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE AGREEMENT ( CPA) refers to the formal written statement addressing the parameters of the COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE which are mutually agreed upon by the advanced PRACTICE registered nurse (APRN) and one or more licensed physician(s) or dentist(s).
