Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) Handbook DISA Advisory Message (DAM) 18-0001: A Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows was recently applied to user workstations. The Security Update has impacted ability of users to connect to Adobe Flash based content (MPTE supported SOPs). As a result, users are unable to load SOP content from workstations within the NMCI environment. DISA has contacted Adobe and requested a resolution to this apparent flaw in their security update. The Quick references for each SOP are still active. In the interim, PERS 21 has created an alternative site that will temporarily provide SOPs in a .pdf format.
