Community Transport 4 Hire Registration Pack CT4H Revised May 11. Access Plymouth runs a scheme under which their minibuses can be hired by a range of Community bodies in and around Plymouth . The vehicles are available for the benefit and development of user groups but EXCLUDE use of the vehicles for social purposes If not in direct pursuance of the group's aims or objectives. The scheme is not intended to be a cheap form of Transport for groups who are able to afford to hire from a commercial coach operator. Priority will be given to those groups with special needs or limited resources.
