This is not a plan text, a summary plan description or a summary of material modification because the amount of the company contribution and how it is determined is not itself part of a health plan or the Retiree HRA plan . Nevertheless, if it should be determined to be part of a health plan , the Supplement, as modified herein, shall constitute the applicable plan provision and summary plan description.
