Working pressures vary bytype and size of tubing used and style of fittings in general, however, based on .032 wall copper tubing, the pressuresmay range as follows: FLARE connections from 1/8" to 3/4" have a working pressure from 600 to 3,000 PSIdepending on size. COMPRESSION connections have a working pressure from 100 to 400 PSI depending on fittings have a working pressure up to 1200 PSI. Plastic tubing generally has a maximum working pressure up to150 : -65 to +250 FWORKING PRESSURE:Temperature and type of tubing must be considered for proper fittingselection.
