Conejo Valley Unified school District Instructional Services Division PHYSICAL EDUCATION MINUTES complaint form In accordance with Education Code section 51210(g), the District shall investigate complaints alleging deficiencies in the number of minutes of physical education provided to their child. California Education Code Section 51210(g) states that: Physical education, with emphasis upon the physical activities for the pupils that may be conducive to health and vigor of body and mind, shall occur for a total period of time of not less than 200 minutes each 10 school days, exclusive of recesses and the lunch period. Persons wishing to lodge a formal complaint are asked to complete the following information and submit this form to the principal of their child s school .
