The purpose of this document is to clarify these issues and summarize available The intent of EPA Region 1 is to help RCRA Corrective Action facilities present, through the up-front planning process, a more thorough and transparent assessment of ECOLOGICAL risk that meets ERA basic requirements and streamlines the process by avoiding extensive revisions.
