Executive Summary While production of certified organic seed potatoes is a flourishing industry in BC (Anonymous, 2003), it has not grown fast enough to support the increasing demand for organic potatoes. One of the main limitations in the production of organic seed potatoes is the lack of control tools for viruses and their aphid vectors.
