CRITICAL THINKING is a composite of attitudes, knowledge and skills that include:Attitudes of enquiry that involve an ability to recognise the existence of problems and an acceptance of the general need for evidence of the nature of valid abstractions, and generalisations in which the weight or accuracy of different kinds of evidence is logically determined; Skills in employing and applying the above attitudes and knowledge.
