This paper presents the Customer Support Data Quality (CSDQ) method, a user-centered approach to improving the quality of customer support data. Section 2 outlines the CSDQ method. Section 3 presents a case study conducted at Hewlett-Packard Company in which CSDQ was applied in a customer support environment.
