CUSTOMER SERVICE manager : D4 COMMUNICATIONS, MARKETING & HR DEPARTMENT Ithala TRADE CENTRE REFERENCE NUMBER: NK18015 Reporting to the Divisional manager : Marketing & Communications, the CUSTOMER SERVICE manager will provide CUSTOMER SERVICE for the Group, focusing on formulating, implementing and reviewing of strategies, aimed at achieving exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE . The successful candidate s responsibilities will be to: Provide strategic leadership and policy input, based on evaluation of trends and patterns, identification of development and investment opportunities and CUSTOMER s needs. Formulate the group CUSTOMER SERVICE strategy in line with legislation and strategic goals of the organisation. Develop relationships with all external and internal stakeholders as well as relevant Ombudsmen offices.
