Reporting to the Divisional Manager: HUMAN RESOURCES , the successful candidate will be expected to: Interpret and implement BUSINESS Units HR Plan with a view to effectively operationalize BUSINESS Units initiatives by developing a year and or multi-year BUSINESS Units` HR Plan, which includes ensuring 100% maintenance of manning levels.
