2 Provide professional support and advice on talent acquisition to line management in order to ensure attraction of best talent. Facilitate the induction and effective placement of the new talent to ensure maximum integration to Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited. Provide specialist and technical advice and solution to the BUSINESS Units` Leadership in dealing with actual and or potential exits so that the costs associated with preventable resignations are minimized. Facilitate the implementation of performance management in the BUSINESS Units in order to ensure maximum / optimal benefits from Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited`s Integrated Talent Management Framework by ensuring that BUSINESS Units` performance improvement plans are developed and implemented, talent identification processes are adhered to and succession plans are developed, implemented and monitored to ensure successful career management.

3 Co-ordinate all approved change, organization development and culture alignment interventions in the BUSINESS Units by facilitating surveys and other related organization development interventions feedback sessions for BUSINESS Units. Provide BUSINESS Units perspectives and inputs in the development and implementation of Ithala Development Corporation Limited` s Employment Equity and Skills Development Plans. Provide professional guidance and support in the development and compilation of BUSINESS Units organization designs / structures and organograms, including facilitation of job profiles and job grading where necessary. Provide an on-gong basis sound and professional employee relations advice to ensure that the BUSINESS Units comply with legislative provisions on matters such as discipline, grievance handling and incapacity. Represent the Employer at CCMA, Negotiations and Workplace Forums.

4 Monitor effectiveness and compliance with employee relations related labour law guidelines and policies and provide timely advice / solutions for non-compliance issues. Co-ordinate and facilitate the provision of employee wellness programs in the BUSINESS Units in line with Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited`s Employee Wellness Strategy and Programmes. Analyze and interpret HR Data in terms of trends and provide improvement suggestions to the supported BUSINESS Units. Generate monthly / quarterly / annual HR reports or as and when necessary for BUSINESS Units and Group HR Division. Develop and maintain the BUSINESS Unit HR Dashboard. Address and effect corrective measures on all BUSINESS Units` HR Risks as identified by Audit and Risk Divisions. The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position: Degree in HUMAN Sciences.

5 Post graduate degree in HUMAN Sciences is preferred. Registration with South African Board for People Practice (SABPP) at Chartered level is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of SENIOR generalist HR management experience in in a corporate and or manufacturing environment. Computer literacy in MS Office suite. Strategy, Policies and Procedures formulation skills. Systems and Process thinking is essential. Advanced report writing and presentation skills. Proven ability to operate at a strategic and operational levels. Facilitations skills. Generalist HR consulting skills. String communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain good internal as well as external relationships. Strong problem solving and analytical skills as ability to analyse and interpret statistical DATA / HR Analytics is essential.
