Reporting to the Team Leader Valuations and Development, the ideal candidate will be required to: Capture and allocate valuations request Gather all information pertaining valuation exercise Perform Administrative duties of the department Compile valuation analysis report on a monthly basis Compile and distribute monthly fees statement Reconcile statements and invoices Assist builders and clients with information and provide necessary documentation The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in PROPERTY Administration / Studying towards PROPERTY Valuation qualification.
2 Three (3) years experience in PROPERTY administration Computer proficiency in MS Office. Experienced on the following systems: CCAM, AS400 Banking System, PROPERTY Intellect, Windeed Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels. Good communication (verbal and written), administrative, planning and organizing skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Highest level of integrity, judgement and assertiveness.
