Incorporates and cancels Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment (DUSD(I&E)) Memorandums (References (d) through (j)), Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Environmental Security Memorandums (References (k) and (l)), and Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (USD(AT&L)).
