This Application consists of following documents, a) DIGITAL BANKING CORPORATE Customer Undertaking b) Board resolution of the company (format attached) c) User Information Form (Separate forms to be completed for each user) 2. Company could select one of the following authorization modes for financial transactions, Single Authorization - Required minimum of one user Dual Authorization - Required minimum of two users Multi Level Authorization - Required minimum of three users (Available up to 5 user levels.) 3. This facility has the capability of having an Administrator to manage internal user activities.
