DoD s current C3 systems are notkeepingpace withthe threat or meeting ourJoint Warfighters ever increasing information exchangeneeds. TheJoint Force must be equipped with the latestC3capabilities providing real-timesituation awarenessand decision supportacrossalldomains. Futureconflicts could well be decided by information advantage,successgoing to the side that transformsvast amounts of data from distributed sensors and weapons systemsacross multipledomains into actionable information for better, faster decision makingand precisioneffects.
