Use the C-PASS any day, any time, any June 1, eligible DOWNTOWN workers can get an unlimited bus pass thanks to the partnership of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, the Central Ohio Transit Authority and Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District DOWNTOWN property owners. Companies located within the map boundary are generally eligible for the C-PASS . Certain City of Columbus and Franklin County employees are also eligible.
