June 2018 OMB Control No.: 2070-0012 Points to Consider When preparing TSCA New Chemical Notifications Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics This Document communicates scientific approaches, best practices, and other general guidance that are not binding on either EPA or any outside parties. The Document discusses existing statutory and regulatory requirements, but does not create new requirements. The information submission requirements discussed in this Document are specified in Agency Premanufacture Notification regulations at 40 CFR part 720. The Document also discusses additional information that the Agency recommends companies submit in certain cases.
