Reference No: CUL556 ROLE DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Foreman Engineering: Mechanical, the role will be responsible for the safe operating / hoisting of all manual and automated Winding engines in area of responsibility to obtain production levels as required by the production / mining plan. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Physically operate the Winding Engine to hoist and lower people, materials and ore in the shaft in compliance with the regulations of the Minerals Act. Ensures that he/she is always conversant with the Minerals Act and any company or management instructions pertaining to the safe operating of the Winding Engine .
