Obtain a Member Unit Advancement Summary from the Advancement Chair of your troop. (This is downloaded from BSA Internet Advancement by your troop.) Your Council may want you to attach this to your Application , or they may ask for copies of blue cards, or other evidence of your rank advancement. Use the dates in the Member Unit Advancement Summary for all your rank and merit badge dates on your Application .
