Supply of power is subject t o execut ion of agreement by the Consumer in t he prescribed form, payment of prescribed deposit s and compliance of t erms and condit ions as st ipulat ed in the Condit ions of Supply of Elect ricit y of t he Dist ribut ion Licensees in the St at e of Karnat aka and Regulat ions issued under Elect ricit y Act 2003 at t he t ime of supply and cont inuat ion of power supply is subject t o compliance of t he said Condit ions of Supply / Regulat ions as amended from t ime t o t ime.
