Encompass Document Uploader ServiceThe following instructions will show you how to take advantage of the Encompass Document Uploader Service . The Service automates the process of scanning documents and uploading them to a specific Encompass loan fileutilizing the information contained on an Encompass Fax Coversheet. This feature has been installed on all ofthe Xerox Copiers within our system. While this is similar to what you have been doing with scanning to the R drive, there are some distinct advantages. To utilize the Encompass DocumentUploader Service you will first need anEncompass Fax Coversheet for the loan fileto which you want to upload documents. Toprint a Fax Coversheet, go to the subjectloan in Encompass . Select eFolder, selectDocuments from the top menu bar. SelectPrint Fax Coversheet from the dropdownlist. The coversheet is actually dual purpose.
