Last Revised: March 1, 2018 END user SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND citrix . BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SERVICES , CUSTOMER IS AGREEING, ON BEHALF OF AN INDIVIDUAL AND/OR A LEGAL ENTITY, TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT . 1. DEFINITIONS. As used in the AGREEMENT , the following defined terms shall apply: Affiliate means, with respect to a party, any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such party, where control means the power, directly or indirectly, to direct, or to cause the direction of, the management and policies of an entity, through majority ownership of voting securities or equity interests. AGREEMENT means this End user SERVICES AGREEMENT , the Service Descriptions, the Data Processing AGREEMENT , the citrix SERVICES Security Exhibit and any other documents incorporated herein by reference.
