It will also play a critical part in the development of four of the Council's six Asset Management Plans and will be responsible for developing sustainable future strategies for these assets. Services are: Catering , Cleaning & Caretaking Project Management and Design Property Asset Management including PPP Management Fleet Building Maintenance Housing Property Maintenance and Improvements Waste Management Land Services Streetcare Janitorial Services Leisure Services Assets Assets are tasked with developing and delivering sustainable property strategies and delivering key infrastructure projects and transactions.
