To this end, we will provide the most efficient and effective routine and preventative maintenance services needed to support the educational goals of Western Kentucky University. THE DFM TEAM April was another busy month for Training & Development. Areas of focus included: Safety training, the Leadership series training, GED classes, Cultural Enhancement classes, Sexual Harassment, and several other trainings. The Safety topic for March was Hazardous Communication and Chemical Safety. A combination of videos and postings in the communication board were utilized to teach these topics to team members.
