[Type text] 2014 Five-Year Capital Improvement plan 2013-2014 through 2017-2018 APPROVED BY THE PINAL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OCTOBER 1, 2014 Five-Year Capital Improvement plan 2013-2014 through 2017-2018 2014 The Pinal County Board of Supervisors is pleased to present the 2014 Capital Improvement plan (CIP) for Budget Years 2013-2014 through 2017-2018. The CIP is Pinal County s planning tool that identifies potential funding and establishes a tentative schedule for implementation of Public Works Capital projects. The Capital projects identified in the CIP are infrastructure and flood control improvements including related studies, surveys, and acquisitions of lands or rights of way. In some instances, Capital projects may be or include furnishings, machinery, and equipment. The Public Works Department uses the CIP as a guide to prepare for future needs, establish project priorities, and make informed financial decisions that ensure the prudent use of public funds.
